Who can list a parking space?
Homeowners, tenants with permission, and businesses may register interest in hosting. Hosts must have the right to offer the space and provide accurate access information.
How will booking work for Drivers?
Drivers will search near their destination, choose an available space, provide their vehicle details and pay securely. Private arrival information is revealed only when required for a confirmed booking.
Does registering or listing cost anything?
Registering your interest is free, and Parking Bay does not charge an upfront listing fee. Any booking or Host service fees will be clearly shown before payment or payout.
How does Parking Bay protect privacy?
We are building the marketplace so exact addresses, arrival instructions and payment details are shared only when needed. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Parking Bay does not store full card numbers.
Will Parking Bay expand beyond Eden Park?
Yes. Eden Park is the starting point, with future expansion planned around other busy event venues, CBDs, universities and transport hubs.
